Same with Kane, neother of them are the clutch leader you need in a do or die game. Neither belgium or england have a Sergio Ramos, a Thiago Silva, a Maldini, a Cannavaro, a Lahm, they dont have leader to bring them over the line. Closest Belgium ever had was Kompany, and the one time he didnt get injured they got the bronze medal
