The last time I was in a store in my area there was an announcement on the loud speaker that said if we have an Amazon account we can scan the bar codes on the unopened boxes and that would show us what's in the box.

Where are you shopping? Our store will kick you out, if you open the packages. We take the packages to a table, they have a knife and open them all up and then, if you don’t want them, they tape them back up and they put them back. Otherwise, all the stuff ends up with missing parts and they end up throwing it all in a landfill or people buy it with missing parts and get mad because it’s useless.
