Why am I here? (hardest to answer as a character easiest to write about the author you’re God)
Who am I? (Hard to answer as a character easy to answer as a author “who am I” is technically the same as “what am I”)
What do I need? (Not hard to answer easy to answer as a character, but needs additional input for the after because you need to create problems so there is a need)
What do I want? (Easy to answer as charcater or person because it’s just a subdivision of need you’re hungry so you need to eat but you desire to eat roasted steak and potatoes simple, but because it’s just desire, hard to write about as a Arthur because you need to create a reason why they want that thing specifically so it becomes a double question)
What do I want? And then why do I want it? And you is the author have to make the desired makes sense if the character gets abused by their father, their whole life their desire cannot correlate to something like “I just want to play Mario kart one last time” because well, that can be a metaphor for wanting to escape something
It will be out of place. It’s not as clear as saying. “I would like to have a nice meal with my father” or “I want revenge on my father.”
The reason for winning either one of those things is to remove a negative influence on your life
Or forge a positive connection with something distant
But in writing, this can be so much more complicated because Aki’s desire wasn’t revenge. He wanted his family back.
