A Romantic Dutch Pour For Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching, and I wanted to share four paintings with you that celebrate different kinds of love!
Today I’m kicking it off with a classic “Romantic Love” theme. The two panels represent each half of a couple, staggered in placement because each person brings different strengths, weaknesses, and special-ness to the relationship! Metallic gold and silver laced throughout symbolizes wedding bands and the “sparkle” that happens when two people are in love.
All my paints are mixed with floetrol (~2:1 floetrol to paint) and then thinned with water to a thin consistency.
