Tailored Lace - Flax Fibre Composite Chair

The aim of this project is to create a fibre composite chair where traditional craft and computational design techniques are combined in creating an efficient structure with tailored fibre density and direction. The prototype was developed for the Material and Structure - Material Matter Lab Seminar W20/21 as part of the ITECH M.Sc. Program at the University of Stuttgart.
