First of: the video is obviously stolen.
Second of: when you plug both the holes, it doesn't pour both the liquids, but rather none, due to the inability to let air pass through (which is the whole fucking concept of the teapot).
If you're going to steal videos, atleast don't steal the ones that give out false information
