Water is many things – but most importantly, it is life.

Every life on the planet depends on water to sustain itself, including the life we cannot see: billions of microorganisms in the soil that make sure the foods that come to our plates are nutritious.

However, depletion of organic matter from the soil is putting that in jeopardy. By enriching the soil, we are also providing a better filtration environment for water. Water and soil are not separate: taking care of the soil is taking care of the water.
