The last point is spot on, too many times people just ask for help when it's a simple Google or stack overflow search. My biggest weakness would be not knowing when to escalate issues as I will spend literally hours on one issue until I come to resolution or the line of code that's breaking. But then I enjoy the challenge and I'm happy to work an extra hour or 2 after work to come to resolution. I see asking for help kind of like lifelines as people are very busy and I'll only ask for help if it's critical or else I'll send an email with the things I've tried
