With the weather heating up, having an air conditioner in your house is not only important for your safety, but also for your health! 🥵

I am legally blind, so I can’t see my phone very well. Can you tell me how is this mounted in the window? Does it work with any windows that has an up-and-down window? What about the ledge of the windows seal area inside and outside of the house how can you open and shut the window without any interference? What about the screen for the window? Can that still be put on, any info would be great I greatly appreciate it

I have the non u shape version of this model. I just got it a few days ago. For an a/c it is quiet (not noiseless, just the sound of air blowing, not obtrusive).

Well sure the window can be opened ... but without a screen ??? why would you find it useful... doesn't it just present a DIFFERENT problem ... no barrier for bugs? Or can you get an adjustable screen for it?

What is the real width of the ac it says 22 inches in the website but my neighbor have it in 20 inches window. I’m not sure if I should order it or not

Way overrated unit. I have an 8000 btu and the output could feel better. Went with a July ac this year and air output is significantly better for our situation. Not sure what I’m going to do with the midea 🤷‍♂️
