The RAM difference in some games is crazy.

536.23's best improvement seems to be with using less system RAM on some games. Also a little better FPS than 535.98 but with a slight increase in GPU power usage. Hogwarts Legacy is the only game here that is slightly worse on 536.23.

With every driver update reduce the performance by 1 fps, so after 2 years you'll have to buy new graphics card, because the old card will be too slow. Amazing business plan.

This new driver seem to improve vram usage. So would be best to test on 8gb cards, instead testing on 4090 24 gb.

Pretty sure if you have a 4090, driver update or not you'll be fine for playing everything on Ultra, in 4k and raytraced... Maybe test on a card that isn't a cutting edge card that only 0.44% of steam users have in their rigs? Testing driver updates this way doesn't seem very 'real world' to me. Maybe look at statistics to see what GPUs people are actually using to test driver updates?
