In this alternate Of Mice And Men ending, George (James Franco) admits that he's been lying to make things understandable to Lenny (Bobby Moynihan). Lenny gets even by blaming George for the death of Curley's wife. [Season 34, 2008]

He didn’t really hide much from him though. He straight up told him the mice was dead and that the people in weed thought he assulted that girl. He even told him that he keeps doing bad things

The book has such a sad ending, it's a classic sure. But fair warning if you haven't read most of the classic books then you're in for alot of crying.

My English teacher junior year had a rule that you had to read the last chapter of the book in class. So we all get there, expecting a nice happy ending, and then we read through the chapter. Even some of the boys started to cry. It was just a classroom of crying teenagers (myself included) and us barraging the teacher with the question, “Why did we have to read this?!” I cried a lot when I read that.
