As a runner who’ll never be fast enough to get in to a marathon like Boston, I’m so envious of people who manage it, and am excited for other peoples adventures getting in. Great vid, even busier times ahead for you two! 🤞🏼

After getting a BQ at Edinburgh marathon last year for my age group I'm heading over to take part at Boston... absolutely buzzing...like you I'm heading into this last few weeks of training keeping everything 🤞 to avoid injury and illness. Good luck with the rest of your training, keep up with the great content and hopefully see you around Boston at some point in 7 weeks 🇺🇲🏃‍♂️🤞

Really like your channel, I really enjoy how you are in this together and seem very proud of each others accomplishments. So nice to see a couple enjoy a Mutual hobby.

Good luck in Boston. I ran Boston in 1998 and 2008! So much fun and great memories!! Would love to qualify again but im afraid it won't happen... much older now and getting slower as time goes on. Have a great time. You're going to love it 😃

Good luck in Boston to you both! This race has been in my bucket list for 30+ years and I'm finally running it this year for a charity. Can't wait! Look forward to your Boston Marathon content in the coming weeks!

Hope to see you and Mary at the starting line! Or at the finish line. Watching this video while I wait to get on the website to register for NYC marathon. All that running in the heat no doubt has made you both much stronger runners!!

In answer to your question, I’d say YES 😊. You both continue to impress me with your natural talent and love for running. I wish you good weather and lots of fun.

Good luck to you both at Boston! I find your content entertaining, informative and inspiring! Am just starting the journey back to some form of fitness after Prostate Cancer and use dirty happy messy to gather ideas and to remind myself it’s my journey and not to compare with others! Keep up the good work!👍

I do 30 mins at “goal” pace at the end of each long run for my spring build. It’s tough! I’m on week 7 out of 16 but discouraging nonetheless. You’re the second person this week who said this is normal and come race day you’ll settle in.

Really appreciate you guys and the channel. 👍

Will be good to watch your build up and exploits in Boston, all the best to both of you ❤❤ I will enjoy watching after missing out by 77 seconds in the final cut-off for 2024 with the time that I ran in Copenhagen last May (when the hot weather got to me with around 9k to go. I have surely secured qualification for 2025 though where I gave myself a 14 mins 29 secs buffer with the time that I ran at Amsterdam last October 🙂

Good luck. I did it last year. Had the best time. You guys will love it. Just trane as much on hills and then race day the hills are not as bad as you think. Best advice and I'm sure you know is just go very easy the first K. It's a huge downhill. Keep up the great work.

You're both going to be awesome guys. Mentioned before but if you really want to nail your PBs, please consider the Gold Coast Marathon. It's a long-ish journey for you but is crucially in your timezone, a totally flat course, a massive field, great weather and amazing support. It's even in the school holidays, July 7th!

See you at the start of I’m usually a start line volunteer depending on where the BAA assigns me. I do the 5K the weekend prior to Patriots day (Marathon Monday is patriots day, all the kids have off and there is A LOT of celebration all over eastern Mass). Enjoy your race, the weather can be anything in April, hot, snow, rain.
