3️⃣ What do you need as a person for your crypto start-up to be a success? ▶️You need to be comfortable with uncertainty and be a risk-taker 🤝. And you need a fun & likable team!

4️⃣ What kind of people do you need at the beginning of a start-up? ▶️You & your team need to be generalists, who can deal with many different challenges and identify opportunities. Be fast and don't lose time 💨.

5️⃣ How do you find the right people for your start-up team? ▶️Usually, the right team is found through a personal network 🧑‍🤝‍🧑!

6️⃣ What skills are needed in the early days of a start-up? ▶️ Focus on getting on-board builders/developers and people who can sell 💹.

7️⃣ How is it to do an exit? ▶️ Everything in life has a beginning, a journey, and an end! So do start-ups, hence don't take it too emotionally 🚀.

8️⃣ How to do marketing at a start-up? ▶️Sustainable marketing is all about building a brand, and to do sales at scale you need an amazing brand 📈.

9️⃣ How will the crypto industry change in the next years? ▶️ The most difficult question for the end! The crypto industry is the fastest growing & changing industry, hence beyond short-term narratives like Real-World Assets, Zero-Knowledge (ZK) rollups, meme-coins, interest-rate markets & decentralized social networks, it's difficult to make predictions. 🧬

🔟 What advice would I give to the younger generations? ▶️ When you are old, you will regret the things you didn't do, not the ones you did. So, live your life to the fullest! 🤩
