1:05 That black screen is acting like a smoke but never a wall, that is why it says target insight. If you go there you can si enemy nametags and wallbang them. You can see people from the plane, water tank etc.
Its bug tho so it needs to be fixed.

ik genos is a good sniper but i think if his crosshair placement is a little higher when walking around he wouldnt get as much hitmarkers. because locus hitbox needs a fix
