Thanks for this segment on fear of rejection Mike. It's a "biggie" for many agents, especially a new agent. I'm one year in the business and have a tendency to want to know everything before I do anything! Bad trait! Giving yourself the "grace" to make a mistake, learn from it and MOVE ON is crucial to building confidence and finding success. Analysis Paralysis is a career killer! I try to remind myself that I an NOT a HEART SURGEON, no one is going to DIE if I make a MISTAKE!

I'm surprised how well timed this video is for me. When I was a teenager, I used to deliver newspapers and I felt no shame in asking for $6 a month by door knocking, yet cold lead gen seems to create this mental barrier. Going to have to slap myself into shape for the summer, especially as a new agent.
