WOW. I want to be able to get a pizza base as perfect as yours. I'm pretty sure if I tried to do that thing where you throw it from left to right hand, it would fall apart.

Would you consider doing a pizza dough video?? There are so many variables and mine isn't coming out as good as yours.

Great videos so far brother, keep them up. You really look like you know what you are doing, that you've done this a long time or owned pizza place and I've learned a lot. Just the sticking dough on peel has helped me a ton! ;-)

I’ve been making pizza in my backyard the last few months and am always trying to get better.

How long do you leave your dough at room temperature for before making your pizzas? Do you use regular flour on the peel or semolina?

Is it bread dough or pizza dough? If it’s not french bread dough, it’s not a Stromboli! The original Stromboli was made at Romanov’s in Philadelphia!
