I am 26 and have dreamed of getting back into racing, the last time I’ve raced was back in 2009. For now I just work on the bikes.. The both of you motivate me and remind me that it’s not to late. Amazing video! Thank you!!

Love the videos and we love watching you race at the local MSC tracks. Keep up the grind guys, living the dream for sure.
Thanks for this video, it really helps for people like us for when my son gets good enough one day to give Lorettas a shot, very good to know. He's still in beginner mode so we are Learning with the help of people like you.
Good luck on the alternate list, we hope you make it in.

I’ve been watching you guys but haven’t ever commented. You and I would be in the same class at Loretta’s. This year I tore my MCL in January. So that kind of made me wait till next year. I’ll be 51 in August. But next year my fellow Honda rider you and I may be at the same tracks. And on the gate at Loretta’s next year. Hopefully the alternate list goes in your favor. But keep focused like you are now and you will have no need for the alternate list. You’ll be there by beating a lot more old guys. Maybe me!! Luke 9:62

I quit riding one day when I was 27, and I'm in my 40s now. I have a couple of bikes, but they just sit in the garage. This motivates me. You're a pretty decent rider good luck

You guys must be 2 of the nicest people in moto.. In the last 18 months i have gone from a 450 to a 250, back to a 450 then back to a 250, and plan on staying with the 250. While the power on the 450 was great i found it alot harder to corner when the track is deep and rutty. I was alot slower through the corners on the 450. i also found it harder to jump when conditions werent great and was loosing confidence with it. It is more work to ride the 250, but i dont mind it as i find it more fun to ride. Hope that helps.

U always wanna win mind set goal area and regional, I’ve always done two areas with the mindset. I’m winning 250 B mod and 450 stock.

Change your thought process. Get rid of the 250 and 450. Get a 350. Perfect LL’s VET bike. Talk to Mike Brown and look at his performance. Get the best of both worlds

good day mahans, enjoyed watching your journey just thought i would share my story trying for lorettas in 94 riding an 88 cr250 at the time was winning +30 b consistently locally, 1st and only try to make it, won my area qualifier, on to regional, 1st moto running 6th 2 riders in front of me not running my pace trying to pass on a one line track front wheel crawled over a berm face plant hard seeing stars blew out my elbow bars bent got up went down again finished 16th, no vender at event to buy new bars so straightened out best i could, 2nd moto now with a bad headache blown out elbow bent bars rip a 3rd place start got passed by 1 rider held 4th till last lap got passed by 1 more rider finished 5th, so pissed off i decided to get wasted that night next day no sleep feeling like s... 3rd moto last in first corner passed 28 riders to end up 12th for 10 th overall should have been 4th but thats moto, hope you get called, as far as next year goes and maybe getting a 450 here's my 2 cents, i would not get a 450, typically 250s and 450s run same lap times, you already have a season on your 250 so your use to that bike, if you feel you need more power maybe get an after market pipe, as far as starts maybe work on your technique, one that i learned help me get a lot of holeshots was to start in 2nd shift immediately to 3rd weight back hold a small 4 to 6 inch wheelie all the way to first corner, the front wheel creates drag and while wheeling transferring all your weight to rear wheel equals more traction, if your set on a bigger bore may i suggest a beta 390 race edition it may be a bit unconventional but i just bought a 24 390 and the motor is pure magic low to mid range long stroke motor weight at 240 lbs, beta has dealer demo days where you can ride their bikes b4 you decide to buy, anyway good luck on all your adventures
