Computer smps output is less than 12v.
Use a standalone 12v supply. Set it to 14.5v
Or as close as possible to 14.5v and then run the amplifier on that.
2.5v makes big difference at the amplifier power output. You could be losing 30 50watta with a good amplifier. With a garbage amplifier liek this it doesn't make much difference but every watt counts.
