How do you spell samoosa? Is it samosa or samoosa??👀because I thought it was samoosa but autocorrect is saying samosa😅

Anyway, here is my Granny’s recipe:

Dough:
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup Tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan gym
- 1 tbl so Canola oil
- 1.5 cups Boiling water
(Mix the dough on the stove for 1-2minutes after combining all the ingredients)

Sticky paste:
- 1 tbl so Tapioca flour
- Pinch of Xanthan gum
- Water (slowly add because I’m not sure about the quantity😅)

The filling:
I don’t know the exact measurements but we used sweet corn, vegan cheese, chilli, coriander, and other spices

My Granny follows a normal Samoosa recipe/ method and the only different things she does for mine are…

- Slightly dab the dough with canola oil when rolling
- Use plastic when rolling the dough because it is sticky
- Fry in canola oil
