Ugh...I'm a sucker for buffalo check! We went to Hobby Lobby last year and I went crazy with it! My tree is covered in it. We got our dog the same stocking last year, except it's the red plaid. I keep one Nativity scene out year round, too. Now I want to go back to Hobby Lobby! Lol!

I am literally heading to Hobby Lobby and Aldi tomorrow, (closest ones are 45 minutes away) to do some holiday shopping, and to film, for a haul video. We always go as a family every year, to pick a fresh tree, then decorate it, while watching a Christmas movie, and eating snacks. Just a tip, I choose one type of wrapping paper, for each kid, and do not tell them what it is. That way, they have no idea which gifts are theirs until Christmas, and it is super easy to separate. I also do one style, for Chris's family and friends, and one for mine. I changed the kids bathroom to buffalo print for fall, and am loving it! It might just stay this way, and I am so getting that soap dispenser!! Thanks for the video!! Your house is going to be gorgeous for Christmas!

I went to hobby lobby this week too!! Gotta love 50% off! I got some new décor and such- LOVE everything hobby lobby. One thing I did this year was I got out my Christmas décor, put it where I wanted it, but realized that I had a lot of spaces that needed extra décor added in, or even completely empty spots., SO.... I took pictures of each spot to decorate on my phone and took those pictures with me to the store! It helped SO much in avoiding that overwhelm!! I could simply look at the pictures and decided whether what I was looking at would fit in well into that space or not!! Will be doing this in the future!!

And yes.... it's not Thanksgiving yet and I have my Christmas up. I just really couldn't wait. haha!

Hi Kimmy I have a dog treat recipe I will send to you my kids and i made these up all the time when we had are Golden Retriever he is now in doggie heaven. And this year I adopted a 4 year dog in California so he will be getting the special doggie treats as well. Kim

Lord I hate Hobby Lobby for so many reasons, the main one being I can buy all the same stuff on Amazon direct from China, save money & cut out the middle man.

I scored wrapping paper at Target last year on 'Final Sale' - for only 33 cents a roll! I have enough wrapping paper now for the next 10 (or more!) years! lol!
We don't use ribbon or bows. Yes, it's pretty. But it's such a waste of $$$! All you do is throw it away after the gifts are unwrapped and into the landfill it goes! Nope!
We have an artificial tree, but I'm seriously thinking about going back to having a live tree. We'll see how I feel after Christmas is over.

Artificial and we got a beautiful tree at Wal Mart pre lit for $39.95! Traditional colored lights, not the LED colors!

I have a natural potted pine for 3 years now and I decorate it every Christmas.
I plan to plant it in a forest when it will get to big and buy another one in a pot.
This way I am not cutting the forests and I'm not encouraging plastic either and bonus for me it smells like Christmas 😊🌲
We don't have hobby lobby in my country or in Europe in general but we have Jumbo
