This is my plan. I'm moving next year. From Massachusetts to Houston, Miami area, or atlanta area. (I do armed security for the government so I have clearances to qualify for other govt jobs with top secret clearance)

Gonna buy a 1 or 2 family with a separate mother in law suite.

Live in the mother in law suite, and rent the 1-2 units out.

I only need the land/yard and garage.

Also starting a private security service for my birthday this October. Selling my cl63 amg to fund it. & I'll have additional services within my business like vehicle rentals.
