In my opinion, this is the most famous Beatles song of all time, in terms of how many people perform, cover, and talk about it. Even I performed this in my school band as a drummer. I used my made-up patterns and Ringo's pattern together, an amalgamation which turned out to be one of the best drum parts I've performed.

That was John's biggest annoyance, that he would go to restaurants and the local musician would recognize him and play Yesterday for him... and that was Paul's song. This was a silly tribute to John...
