I love the attitude that everyone at Blue ridge seems to have! Bob you’re obviously doing it right when it comes to employee management. I say that because everyone is smiling and happy and glad to see their boss. Happy workers are more productive more conscientious and just more pleasant to work around. This was interesting! I also watched the video where you were the guest speaker, at a beekeeping club. You told of some of your beekeeping adventures and experiences from your early beekeeping days until now. Actually explaining how you began beekeeping and mentors who helped and encouraged you. Excellent and inspiring video as is this one! YMr Binnie, you should write a COMPLETE book in my opinion.
