It might have been an earlier version of anomaly but the "people must be controlled" option at the wish granter made every mutant that would spawn be a garunteed controller

another great tip for darkscape: avoid it entirely unless you wish to be driven insane by walking 10 minutes down the same road just to die and have to reload because by some coincidence a bloodsucker spawned and got the drop on you

5:22 You can open that door in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl if you find the right code. You find it by checking the bodies of local Monolith troopers. But you also have to remember to actually go through your found PDA info.

5:54 The main guy there will trade 40-mils for F1 hand grenades. 20 at a time. So you give him 20 F1s and he gives you 20 NATO-type 40-mils. Good deal if you ask me, especially if you like to put grenade launchers on every rifle that accepts them.

6:38 That's the C-Consciousness facility.

7:06 What would be more interesting is if it transformed you into a super-controller like Koshei from Oblivion Lost.

Warlab at Generators IS accessible, but you need to complete a "Mystery of the Zone" quest.
It's disabled by default. To enable it you need to update file character_desc_marsh.xml, and uncomment line 69 (nice), dialog option "cit_doctor_main_dialog".
This will allow you to talk to doctor in the swamps and he'll give a new quest, to visit every underground to collect documents

Another tip for yantar/dead city is that the secondary entrance on the lower left corner of the map does not require you to have the psy helmet to go through it, as it spawns you outside the compound and near the burner anomaly. This means if you're playing as the mercs or the ecologists, you can get into and out of Yantar much more easily than having to go all the way around and through Wild Territory, or through the compound once you get the psy helmet and risk getting jumped by burers, psydogs or snorks as soon as you spawn.

the warlab in lore is what controls the monolith it is the C-Con that made the zone, so it's all the scientists pretty much

In the game code wishing for control changes the respawn system to spawn controllers instead of what ever the location was supposed to have. So there won't be an immediate effect but when you clear out a pack of dogs, when the area respawns it will be a controller. Same for those mercs you were farming. Similar to the game mode that only spawns zombies.


Wishing for immortality should change your appearance and faction to that of a zombie stalker. You can't die but you are also a monster everyone attacks.

Wishing for the zone to disappear is supposed to depopulate the zone leaving you alone in an empty world. Like wishing for wealth the game can't handle it with too many mods and instead it crashes. While the wealth one can still crash in base anomaly I have gotten the zone disappear one to work.

The windows in rostok can be used to trade and do missions for the duty trader when in a disguise. In theory you can get enough personal goodwill as a freedomer/merc to be able to walk around openly this way.

I would have shown the redforest teleport anomaly in the upper right as is pretty unique.

The Jupiter Oasis puzzel is pretty cool. and the artifact is really nice, although if you wear it in a surge the negative psy resistance can kill you. (and i think efp/gamma make it weaker/remove it). It is the only CoP fixed spawn artifact left in anomaly. (it was so easy to get a starter set of artifacts in CoP)

Not something you can show but darkscape was originally meant to be a car level, which is why it is so long and empty.

Another tip for great swamps is that mutants can't attack you if you're in the water (but you'll probably get irradiated this way)

I've seen a pair of ISG stalkers (an Exo and a SEVA) in the Outskirt's Hospital as Loner when I was running Last Dawn's Seize The Device quest. Managed to strike a bit of conversation with them. Too bad they both died to unknown causes when I was away.

6:08 in stalker lore burers can mimic voices, and that was a script in call of pripyat(probably they didn't cut it bc it's really the scariest part of the lab) in which after opening the door burer appears in front of you. And more of lore, burers speak in completely other made up language which only they can understand and some mutants like controllers too(actually by lore controllers are smarter than humans, and its not clarified why but they hate humans)

And actually I didn't know that they don't spawn there in anomaly, so I always keeped away from there as I still remember when firstly played cop(2011?), it freaked me out, and after decade I watched stream and it again freaked me out. After that I never will go to that room!

The warlab can be accessed trough a mission. But to do that you have to debug menu kill doc and get the documents from his body

When i clicked on the video expecting to know something new about stalker, but then realised that I've spent too many thousands of hours on this game to someone to add anything to my knowledge 😂

Darkscape has a Volos flak armor (Sin Medium armor ) spawn in the tunnel in the right corner of the map (the one near the helicopter, not the transition to Cordon) on top of some rocks.
