2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R walkaround

The 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R is the ultimate Raptor, because it’s rocking the 5.2-liter supercharged V8 out of the Mustang Shelby GT500. Here, we take a walk around the Raptor R to point out everything that’s different between it and a standard V6 EcoBoost-powered Raptor. There are a number of changes made on both the exterior and interior, but most of the effort for the R has been put into the powertrain and what’s under the skin. This is going to be one quick truck both on-road and off-road.

The TRX literally only has 2 more hp. This truck equipped with the gt 500 v8 is automatically superior than the dodge. It’s always been lighter, more capable off road, and now matches the TRX in power. Good job Ford. Took you long enough.

These things are so nice and will buy one later this year but how are people not scared of driving these trucks, it takes extra responsibility.

400 lbs lighter than TRX, means it’s going to be faster although it has slightly lower hp.

True story added a cold air intake, intercooler, Mpt engine/ transmission tune, new exhaust, pushing 600 horsepower. I laugh at all V8s trucks and jussst waiting for a TRX even with 100 more horsepower. It's a hog on and off the road. But that V 6 can pump it out with just a few mods. However LOVE the new R!!!

You can buy a TRX used or msrp at 87ish I doubt the raptor R is another 40k better with dealer fees

Back early 2001 bought my first truck. toyota tundra. it was only $30, 000 with some upgrades. I feel like a king back then. now i dont know how i feel with the sticker price of $109, 000 starting price.

Now even the truck that we’re affordable are only for the ultra rich. Love the raptor but I’ll be buying a luxury Lexus with that money.
