How to Delete a User Profile in Windows 10

The user I'm trying to delete is the fake account you set up and everytime I click removed and think its gone its shows back up again. Not sure what else to do

This method wont normally work. The delete button will be greyed out and cant be used. It only allows you to delete a profile that either has had its registry entry removed, or if the profile is deactivitated (ie its active status is set to No).

When I clean my computer (CC), it takes hours. There are many registry entry's being deleted. Why? I am the only one on this computer. No blue tooth. No wireless.

It look likes that Deleting Profile only removes the access in the profile section. I believe we can recovers the account as the folder isn't deleted as well the registry key.
There must be a registry key which you can recreate this access thus recovering the profile user.

In context, on my laptop, the first account won't open the start menu. It isn't a bother because we can right click on the icon and shut down the laptop. We have to create an account and it last one year and half, because corrupted NTUser.dat.
Even if my laptop hard drive is dead, I wish to bring back the first account. Its NTUser.dat is healthy so it wouldn't be corrupted when connecting to it.

I hate when account breaks up easily. Why it doesn't have a ntuser backup? That will be less time consuming!
