it was discovered after Mr. Gifford's passing that he showed signs of CTE and an autopsy confirmed this---Mr. Gifford did play in the NFL and in 1960 suffered a severe concussion after a hit by Philadelphia Eagle Chuck Bodnarik--the hit was so severe there were concerns Mr. Gifford might not survive--he missed an entire season before he returned to play for the Giants

Im 44 so i remember frank and kathie lee as one and frank on monday night football. I know katlie leevis prob a dyed in wool liberal but im not sure. Either way she gets a pass for nastalgia and for being a pleasnt tv personality to me anyhow. Rest in peace Frank G
