How to add a network interface to an existing VM in Azure @AzureTalks by Umesh Pandit
Steps:
1.Go to the Azure portal to find an existing virtual machine
2.Select the name of your VM
3.In the VM command bar, select Stop, and then OK in the confirmation dialog box.
4.From the VM menu bar, choose Networking 5.Attach network interface.
