There are only a few things that I wish I knew when I was 25. And I could've saved myself a lot of time, heartache, frustration, disappointment, and been in a better position financially. Let's go over what those things are and how you can make your future better, starting today.

I'm 28 now and I would tell my younger self (13-19 years old) stop liking girls from the distance and ask them out. I passed a lot of opportunities back then. There also was a girl who had crush on me and I had a huge crush on her but never made a move... i would also tell 21 year old me to stop being afraid of rejection and approach more.

Here are my notes:
1. Do not rush into a relationship

2. Do not take rejection seriously, learn abundance mentality

3. You don't need a lot of friends, you just need few very good friends
The 80/20 rule means that the 20% are going to mean the most to you and have the most effect on you

4. Even though you don't make a lot of money start investing from early age, even 5$ every month will help you a lot in the future especially if you are not an entrepreneur and if you're not gonna work you whole life, put away what you can even if it's a very small amount

5. Habits are greater than goals, instead of putting a goal create a system that will help you achieve it
for example instead of putting a goal of losing 20 pounds what is more important is to make yourself a system of habits like eating healthy working out and ect, "what can i create now that will help me eventually reach that goal"

Thanks trip for the amazing video

Here are some advice I would of told myself back then.
1. You're going to fail. Fail alot actually, but it's what you do after that that makes the man you'll be in the future. Fail big for those dreams and goals and learn from them and keep striving for better.
2. Be humble. There is someone always better than you and thats okay. Strive to be the best you can be in whatever. Whether its a hobby, career, or anything.
3. Be eager to learn. Especially in my line of work you can either settle and just learn your job or you can apply yourself and get necessary skills to further yourself.
4. Help others. Whether its people in your job or random strangers, people are people. What I mean is everyone has off days, but it takes a few moments to offer help. Whether thats paying for their coffee, offering your time for hard labor, or just to listen. It goes a long way. Especially if you're in a rut.
5. Never give up. If its important to you, its what you strived to be (career in my case), and it will better you in long run then never give up on it. Work hard everyday and never settle for less. Even when you get a shot for it and fail. It doesn't matter, get up and go again. If you still have that opportunity I urge you to get after it. There will be long nights, days without sleep, maybe your body is broken from vigorous physical and mental activity. But don't give up because its worth it in the end.
Life is short. Enjoy it, cherish it, and don't waste it. Cherish those close to you. Especially family and friends who've supported you from the beginning.
Also thanks Tripp for the advice. Though right now I'm in environment of training (which I'm more focus on than women) you helped me work on myself as a whole. I'm 23, but the advice that you given has helped me become who I am today and thanks to you I'm closer to my goals in life and career than ever before.

if I would say something to my past self it would probably be: Be more determined. Be more responsible. Face more of your fears. Allow yourself to feel your fears and surrender to the emotion of fear. Don't worry so much it will be fine. Take more action. Take this mindset seriously: Nothing will happen unless you make it happen.

I'm 25 right now and single. I have most of the things under control, but sometimes I feel the urge to jump into a relationship as you described. I also feel a bit anxious or in a rush at time windows when I have no woman or a dating thing going on. Thanks for the advice Tripp!

I am going to be twenty three in a little more than a month, and I would tell my 16 year old self "I never was angry with you, I just was sad that you lost your way, but now I am happy you found your way." My parents are proud of the big jump I've made, I used to be very mean to them. Basically, what I am telling my 16 year old self is to not be watching so much porn, be bolder in approaching women and not just admiring them from a distance. I was just a sad, scared, angry, lonely kid who never told the crush of his life how he felt. I know I never lost my way when I thought I did. Thanks Tripp Kramer from the East Bay!!

*First of all, thanks for this masterpiece Tripp! Secondly, seems like only 8k people got lucky to watch this video. I am 25 right now and only one problem I have is that I can not keep a high energy (mostly, my energy is low because life happens...) With your help I have studied too many things about dating life but I struggle for my energy. So now, what I would tell to my 18 year old self is: 1) Don't take any information personally too close (take it easy) 2) try to avoid or learn converting a negative information into a positive 3) Try to socialize with people who will give you a positive feedback! This is very important! 4) And remember, you live only once!*

At 25 I would give advice to tell my teenage self going up into my early 20s is take more risks, be more social when it needed and don’t lets your fear interact with your mind because once you get over your fears you will laugh at it once you overcome them

Im 25, Id give advice to my 18th year old self.. read more books, do things that’ll make you happy and productive.. stop being lazy... mostly importantly it was the year I started dating, don’t hold on to one person only, meet more and go for the ones that are interested in you

At 26 I don't care about my dating life at all. My dating life is pretty much non existent. But working on my goals seems to be the most important thing in my life right now.

I'm 19 years old, and I advise my old self to not care about what people (especially women) think of you, if you are not doing anything.
Filter who you pay attention to his opinion and who you do not.
Lastly, have a purpose to pursue.

Like for reaaal who dislikes this??
I mean you don't need to like tripp as a person but you cannot deny that this is just quality information for life. I mean like I knew already all of this, but some might maybe understand all this but just unconciously and now hearing it and understanding how to categorize it. But still i'm confused. If you're like ok thats decent information but i dont want to put a like then okay but why take the effort and conciously dislike this?? Humans are strange believe me dear reader..
