Today is the first time I tried it.

1st try: struggled to get relaxed and into it.
2nd try: was able to relax and I think it eased my migraine.

It’ll be a work in progress for me. I did feel calm and I know eventually I’ll be able to go into the vortex completely and longer.

Just wish this meditation audio was longer.
