Dude, I'm from Bulgaria and next to our country is Turkey and for the 500 years we were under their control they at least gave us this dish and it's tasty as fu*k. I love it so much. It is all around Bulgaria, but if you somehow end up in here you better stop in Turnovo to try theirs. It's so fu*king amazing
