I've had this phone for a day and I like it so far. The battery is amazing. My speeds are pretty fast. I've downloaded stuff in less than a min sometimes 30 sec or less and I hate bright screens, even when the brightness is the lowest its still to bright for me inside. I can care less about the camera its decent for what it is.

What the hell do you expect for 130$? A Samsung Galaxy S5? An iPhone 6? Seriously, people from CNET and their followers need to adjust their expectations to something more realistic. It'd be like me going out with 200$ to buy a computer and expecting a 2 grand bad ass gaming machine. ANYWAY, the phone, especially for the price, seems like a pretty good deal.

Aside from downloading large games and putting tons of music/videos on your phone this is awesome.  The camera is brutal but the screen is pretty nice.  My LG G3 is getting repaired and my eyes can hardly see the difference in the display.  Feels the same weight as my G3.  Pretty amazing $125 phone.  Great backup if your other phone dies or just a great primary phone if you don't care about media.  The wifi speeds are a bit slower than my G3 but totally workable and fine in my opinion.  Grade A-

The phone is mostly for Asian countries, made in China. Most Alcatel phones are made by TCL, they make great TV's.

I have never had a smart phone and its much easier to text than my other alcatel and the pics are so much better and  im liking it and im  not  going to be adding all that other stuff some people add, just my texting and pics and calling, im not into all that stuff.  enjoying my phone

Its not a galaxy s5 but for the money you get a 5 inch display, decent call quality, and a quad core processor..this phone had good scores on all the benchmark tests..also the camera isn't all that bad !

why not share details like how fast the processor is, how much ram, internal memory capacity... not only your opinion but some facts so we can base an opinion on facts and not you're opinion alone. for that price i can't imagine someone complaining about that phone.
