Currently i feel like i need to upgrade my CPU and Ram .. that's all I'm on ASUS Gaming desktop...

I'm still newbies in all that, but after an hour playing around with my settings in OBS, I was amazed how better my stream was using AOM-AV1 instead of NVENC h264 or 265. I'm on a 3070Ti, and I don't stream games. The only potential issue I found is that cpu encoding can be slower, but with minor tweaks on bitrate, framerate, you can get away with a really stable setup
