I purchased an old crappy double bass pedal along with an Evans RealFeel bass drum pad. It's nice and quiet, and if I can't make it to my drum "shelter" lol I can still practice at homemade

I love what you're doing. With all respect the way that I'm hearing it is 3/16. I'm not hearing the rolling triplet if you will. Play alternating triplets with your hands and then duplicate that sound with your foot and see if that feels any different. It's probably just the way I'm hearing it. I've been playing drums a long time and I know my ears aren't what they used to be. Anyway keep your chops up buddy. Don't ever stop playing the drums!!🙏🥁

I can't find a pedal long enough to accomplish this. And I'm only a size 12. What size foot do you have? Or is there a super stretch pedal out there?

How much tension is on the pedal spring?

The full speed technique is not the same as the initial slowed down technique. Both are valid but the fast technique is a double toe tap plus heel stroke.

Two toe strokes are working fine but the heal stroke is not working. Is it because the foot pedal is small. I've Tama Iron Cobra 600.

That is like one normal beat then quickly do heel toe. You should try bleed with one pedal
