if that's acne take cold showers to reduce it Hot showers just empty the oils out for a little but then your body produces twice as much because it thinks your gonna dump it out again

hey, i don't usually get pimples but when i do, they're pretty bad. i got one the other day, and whats been helping me is icing it by putting an ice cube in a clean paper towel and applying it for a few minutes, taking a break, and reapplying. steaming showers and warm compresses help too, and moisturizing a ton. hope this helps you, and everyone😅

It’s just the tanned skin peeling away right? Gentle exfoliation with a warm wash cloth and fresh aloe leaf would probably help. More SPF needed for the next tropical vacation for sure

I had that exzact sun burn cause I went camping and it was so hot and I always went to the pool WOTHOUT sunscreen BRO IM ACTUAKKY DUMB anyways when I got out after like 6 hours of being in the lake without sunscreen my screen was first really red then it started looking AXZACTLY LIKE THAT on my forgead and cheeks but yeah and I was insecure for a pretty long time it lasted like 5 or 4 days so yeah
