In this video we have compared and reviewed the popular scooter engine oils like Motul scooter LE, Castrol Activ Scooter, Gulf pride Scooter engine oil and the Mobil super moto scooter engine oil. In the past we have compared stock scooter engine oils like TVS Skuuta, Yamalube optima prime scooter and Honda Premium scooter engine oil from Shell.

We have compared these JASO MB scooter engine oils as per our experience in heavy city traffic and highway rides. The Fuel efficiency we got and the value for money factor were also considered when making a choice amongst these scooter engine oils. Please note that all these engine oils meet with the API SL standards where API stand for American Petroleum Institute.
The Motul Scooter LE engine oil was used on both TVS Jupiter and Honda activa. The Castrol Activ scooter engine oil was used in Hero Duet and TVS Jupiter. Gulf pride scooter engine oil was used in Honda Activa. Mobil super moto scooter engine oil was used in Honda Activa and TVS Ntorq 125.

I'm gonna use castrol active scooter engine oil & gear oil in my Tvs Jupiter Bs6. I think it's a good combo package of engine oil & gear oil for all gear less scooters. It also not so expensive. From my childhood i have been hearing this brand's name. My dad was also using this brand's oil in his LML Vesspa scooter.

I use liqui Molly 10w30 street along with shooter for my 14 years old hero honda pleasure. Drain interval @4000km. Milage around 56kmph, engine butter smooth no heating issue found. Instant pickup, no cold start issue. I use hp petrol plus pouch with 5 litres of petrol. No issue found. Earlier I use hero 4t genuine oil . No issue identified but after 2000km is tends to heat with lower viscosity

I have tried a lot of 10w30 oils including the new tvs Skuuta MB, Older TVS oil MA2, castrol active oil for my Jupiter but Motul 10w30 scooter LE (₹ 240 per 800ml pack) performed best for my usage which is as follows -
1) Very Short trips to market ; 2km round trip
2) Short trip with friends once a week; 5-10km

No highway usage and never above 40kmh (small town life 😂)
