First off, are you writing with a mouse? If so you're god at it haha. Second, this was a great video and you made it easy to grasp, however, if you show the work between the steps (For Example, 3R1+R2--->R2) it would be simpler to understand. I appreciate you making these videos to help those struggling out there.

Doesn't explain anything. I can make a matrix, but why am I multiplying first row by 3 and second by -2. That is key information, otherwise there is no point to showing us this one example.

You're literally doing the same thing you would do using the traditional elimination method. Using matrices just adds an unnecessarily level of complexity.
