Praying is an important part of a Christian's daily life. But in a world of so many distractions and things that are fighting for our attention, how do we stay focused when we pray? In this video, we cover three helpful ways to be able to concentrate while talking to God.

I struggle often with focus. After thinking about how bad it is for me, I just thought about how I need help. Then this video popped into my feed.
I have had no prior search history to help me focus better. Very hard to think it a coincidence that right after I had this thought, I clicked off the video I was watching and here is this one.

I change up my prayer styles depending on which one in the moment connects me most to God

sometimes sitting up does it or laying down comfortably or pacing around in my house. On somedays I don't know why pacing around really does it for me and sometimes just sitting down is better. I strive to take daily walks for health and to pray and reading the bible 30 minutes daily.

Writing down my prayers is the best thing and I feel like I can focus more on prayer I pray twice in a day (I'm a christian student) and in the morning ( I'm keeping my prayers shorter until i can focus more) i prayed on me knees or in my bed and at night I write down my prayers❤ask me any questions

I pray every morning, I read God's word. In the evening I kneel out of respect to our Lord Jesus Christ. ✝️🙏💜

Praise God for His mercy! I didn't really consider that when we neglect to pray, it is beyond disrespectful to God... Like, if we're constantly talking with friends, how will we have enough time for our Best Friend, Jesus? I asked God to help me talk to Him the same amount or more that I talk to all of my friends combined. And, it doesn't have to be friends, as our brother in Christ said in this very helpful video. Friends are just an example, my example. But, I thank God Almighty that He is merciful. He could have ended me because I've been neglecting prayer, but instead, he waited. "The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead, He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9

My goal is to worship with or without music (you wont have music in a jail cell) but to worship so effectivly I enter into the supernatural and be with my Jesus behind the veil in the Holy of Holies. God is a God of Spirit and not emotions. He is moved by faith not your heart. but since we are called the "Bride" of Christ. I want that intimacy so I can be more effective in obeying and being about my Fathers business.
