I have everything set up correctly I also updated the amp to the latest software and when I select katana a screen pops up titled connection it says katana connection failure please select external MIDI/AUDIO device connection can someone help me

I installed the tone studio on a tablet with windows 10 and it works get I can use a phone cord to charge the tablet I don't need another plug it's easier to use a tablet

I just bought the MKII, but I can't install the driver.
I installed an update to the amplifier, following steps on the boss page, but it won't let me install the driver. The computer throws me a message that it is not compatible with the operating system, but I have windows 10, 64bits.

I don't know what to do, if you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

When I extract the file for the driver it just pops up with the read me and no set up or Uninstall any idea why ?

I’ve done everything in this video but the windows 10 version, and it didn’t work, it says my drivers are out of date when I reinstalled them 3 times and even tried putting everything on a different drive and still it won’t work

Does anyone else get the message that tells you that you you need adobe air. Doesn’t seem to appear in any of the videos that show tone studio being downloaded.

It asks for a version of adobe air that isn’t available anymore.

Where can I find how much computer memory is used by the file?

I just downloaded the boss tone studio and when I connect my amp to the computer it says that I need to download the latest version, but when I look at setting in the program it says version 1.1.0 which is the latest version that came out like a month ago.Any ideas why this may be happening?
