In this video I go over the major bone markings which will help you understand skeletal system anatomy. If you know the markings, everything else falls into place. Included are tuberosity, crest, trochanter, line, tubercle, epicondyle, spine, process, head, facet, condyle, ramus, groove, sulcus, fissure, foramen, notch, meatus, sinus, and fossa. This isn't every marking but covers the major ones.

If you have any questions, let me know in the comments. Thanks and hope you enjoy!

I also have some other course playlists!

I also do nature photography, metal detecting, and stuff in my workshop!

Fun review of my Anatomy & Physiology classes from 35yrs ago in college. I surprisingly remember quite a bit of the overall general bones and major parts and muscles, but have definitely forgotten the details (i.e. origins, insertions, etc). I took a medical terminology class several years after my A&P class that would have helped tremendously in having a pre-intro to learning all the body parts. The class covered the Latin prefix, suffix, and root meanings of the words which makes it easier to understand why parts are named that way (i.e. epi- means above, -osis means condition of, -itis means inflammation).

appreciate your willingness to help us understand thank you for making it simple and supporting learning with the visuals (: the writing on the side is not accurate to what you're saying so it might be better to just not have that so its not confusing?

Hi Watson! What a cute happy pup. He must think of himself as a great assistant and just wanted to be part of what you were doing. 😛
