Lorde - Liability | Song Lyrics Meaning Explanation

Lorde just dropped the second single from her new album Melodrama. "Liability" is a musical departure for her, and the topic sort of is too. She seemed much too high minded on Pure Heroine to talk about something so human as heartbreak (even though it's probably on that magnificent record somewhere), but Melodrama has begun to seem very human and very emotionally vibrant. "Liability" starts things out very sad and very humanizing for Lorde. The lyrics recount breakups because of her "wild side," and she's not happy about it. I think the point of the song is that she feels that about herself, how during the song she repeats it in the same person "i'm understand, i'm a liability" "i am a toy". She feel like that's her worth.
Plus i don't agree with your understanding that she is energetic and excited, when she says "dancing in my storm" "forest fire" i wouldn't take it as meaning she's saying she's energetic and crazy in a good way, she means that her emotions, her mental state is like a storm, in the sense that she's not well, and that's why she's too much for them, cause they can't handle her baggage, her flaws.
At least in my ears this song depicts depression, and that is kinda confirmed by her "disappearing into the sun" aka suicide

This song is just how my life is rn. I lost all my friends due to my health... they couldn't stay by my side and now I'm alone.... I'm too much for them to handel... Is sad :(

I think the song is also about working in the music industry/being an artist and that being a liability to her partners because of her fame, responsibilities etc. And the being used as a toy (source of enjoyment) by her fans until there are no more tricks (songs) could be another meaning. It's not necessarily bad, it's just that she realizes the love of her fans is conditional on her performances and may end someday. So the song is very deep indeed.

Can anyone explain me the part "Get you wild, make you leave" ? Is she saying that she get the guy wild like her or that the guy make her "happy" and "wild" and then he leaves?

Nah, i think the song is about the people around her, that are close to her like her bf and family. When she become famous, they had to travel and go places to be with her and live with her and she sees that as hard for them that they had to adjust their life due to her fame. She is a liability for them and get into her storm of fame. The initial part of the lyric probably refer to her bf saying things that hurt her and don't want to be part of her storm of fame.

curiouser and curiouser...liability: def. an introspective song and i agree it packs a lot. personal, intrapersonal and interpersonal... its almost like she's saying 'they want to dress me in Pure Heroine' but (*cryptic insight engaged) after she curated the Hunger Games soundtrack (which was bizarrely out there) they drew back from her (you're a little much for me) and she became a liability...it's a coming of age, 'damned if i do damned if i don't' vignette. the last verse, 'they're gonna watch me disappear into the sun/you're all gonna watch me disappear into the sun...shades of Icarus - whatever we may think - she's going to go for it :)

She’s a liability because she feels so much and writes about her life in addition to her life being a whirlwind. Also it’s not just about the romance it’s about how people in general treat her like a celebrity like lorde and not like ella.

I'm pretty sure the part about going home to the woman she loves and all that is about her cat. "all that a stranger would see...Stroking a cheek" sounds like her saying her cat and the love there is the only one she hasn't screwed up and cats mark you and show affection by stroking you with their cheek and take it as a sign of love when you pet them like that.
