Production Planning - Part II: Using Linear Programming and Solver

In this video, I show how to solve the aggregate production planning problem, also referred to as production scheduling, using linear programming (LP) formulation. I first define the decision variables and constants, then present the LP formulation and solve it using Excel Solver. I also demonstrate how to use the capacitated problem, using the same formulation.
