I just watched Contact again Yesterday! I believe she had 19 hours of film with no visual. Another good one is Walking with the Tall Whites! It’s more of a documentary. As a child always saw the color violet when my eyes were closed! Especially when I was emotional.

I was alternating my daily meditations. I was doing Will Caminada’s Pleiadian meditation one day then an Arcturian healing meditation the next day ending the rotation with the Violet Flame meditation. After listening to you Lily on this I’m gonna do a week straight of the Violet Flame meditation
