Η Άλεξ αντιμετωπίζει μια διπλή απώλεια: τον θάνατο του πατέρα της και την επικείμενη πώληση του σπιτιού τους, που έχτισε ως αρχιτέκτονας. Το τελευταίο καλοκαίρι της εκεί, αναπτύσσει μια ιδιόμορφη σχέση με το ίδιο το σπίτι και ερωτεύεται ένα κορίτσι. Την ιστορία αφηγούνται παράλληλα τα αληθινά πρόσωπα που έχουν ζήσει στο σπίτι.
Alex is dealing with a double loss: the death of her father and the impending sale of their house, which he had built as an architect. During her last summer there, she develops a peculiar relationship with the house itself, and she falls in love with a girl. The story is simultaneously told by the actual people who have lived in the house.
Η Σοφία Σφυρή γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1990. Σπούδασε Κινηματογράφο και Performance στο Λονδίνο. Τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια εργάζεται ως βοηθός σκηνοθέτη, σκηνοθέτιδα και μοντέζ. Το πρώτο της μικρού μήκους ντοκιμαντέρ, Ζαμπέτα (2021, συνσκην. Ελισάβετ Σφυρή) απέσπασε το Βραβείο Κοινού στο Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ Θεσσαλονίκης και ήταν υποψήφιο για Βραβείο ΙΡΙΣ της Ελληνικής Ακαδημίας Κινηματογράφου.
Sofia Sfyri was born in Athens in 1990. She studied Film and Performing Arts in London. For the past 7 years, she has worked as assistant director, director, and editor. Her debut short documentary, Zabeta (2021, co-dir. Elisavet Sfyri), garnered the Audience Award at Thessaloniki International Film Festival and was nominated for an IRIS Award by the Hellenic Film Academy.
