In this video I am back on my 2020 Hydro Blue Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I replace the brake pads using Hawk LTS pads (HB941.Y.712 front and HB944.Y.745 rear). I then replace the brake hoses with EVO extended stainless braided DOT brake lines (part EVO-600132 front and EVO-600170 rear) as my stock ones were stretched in the rear at full droop with my Bilstein shocks. Once installed I make a custom adapter for my Motive brake bleeding system to work on my Jeep. I then walk through the flush and bleeding of the brakes using Valvoline Synthetic DOT 3&4 brake fluid. Last, I walk through rotating the tires. I finish the video by going over the break in and reviewing the truck with these upgrades. Applies to JL wrangler as well.

How many miles were on your gladiator for the brakes to be bad? I’m at 70k and they’re still more than half life.
