That’s great now tell Crown Acura in Clearwater Fl to actually fix our 2018 Cadillac XT5 luxury alignment I’m driving for 4 miles back and forth on a flat even road I take my hands off the steering wheel for a few seconds it starts to turn/pull right get a little worse when the brakes are pressed. Told the dealership the problem I took it in on Sept.9, 2024 at 8am with 45, 112 miles on it left it with Logan L. I waited 4 plus hours staring and walking outside not once did I see the car leave for a test drive the went back in the dealership Lagan L. approached me and said it needed a little alignment and they switched out the rear tires. As soon as I left I took it for a test drive to a flat even road did the same thing again and it was still pulling to the right? So we called Crown Acura in Clearwater Fl and told them it’s not fixed it’s still doing the samething so Logan L. set up another appointment for Sept.18, 2024 it’s got to be left there this time I hope they actually fix the problem before it becomes one.
