What I cannot understand about high end culinary arts is why they would lower their standards and use refined white pasta, devoid of real flavour or nutrients. They treat their spices with such care. You'd think they'd also have the same high standards for their carbs. But no. Its refined wheat for you! Long ago somebody came up with the brilliant idea of removing all the nutrients out of the wheat so bugs wouldn't be interested in it.
That's the real irony of the situation: The bugs have more discernment and taste than most people do!

What a remarkable hotel and resort in none other than Portofino, Italy simply the best. I need to go there in the future. First this Chinese virus and all of this anarchy needs to disappear once and for all. Then we can start to rehabilitate our emotions, our soul and finances then move on to vacationing.
