Actually HDMI 2.0 supports 4K 60Hz with HDR. 2.1 Supports higher frame rates ie 4K 120Hz with HDR.

The color balance feature is part of the latest tvOS update, so if you update your current apple tv 4K, you can do that too.🙂

Such a big miss for airtag type remote. But I would happily buy a case that had a slot for AirTags and attached to the Siri remote. Could be a good way

Small, but another use case for UI on Apple TV. I mostly use the remote app on the phone to control my Apple TVs, would be great if it knew which Apple TV you were closest to, and auto selected that TV when pulling up the remote. This would prevent manually switching or accidentally controlling another TV.

I tried to watch this but couldn't get past the bass sound in the background. I tuned in to hear you not some annoying background noise. I sure dont understand why so many youtubers do this and think its a good thing.

4:20 so apparently there is an update in tvOS 17 that actually allows for this. I haven’t been able to test it because sadly I lost my remote before tvOS 17 came out.

HDMI 2.0 is certified to have a bandwidth of 18 Gigabits per second which supports 4K resolution at 60 FPS (frames per second).
I have older Apple TV 4K, and it does HDR10, or Dolby Vision 4K 60 FPS.

HDMI 2.1 isn't necessary for 4K60 HDR. That can be done on an HDMI 2.0 port. In fact that's exactly how PS4 Pro and Xbox One X do it.
