other tips <3 :

°use Vaseline on your eyelashes for them to grow longer

°put Alo Vera on your cheeks (it helps scabs bruises and dead skin) if it burns thats ok its not doing anything bad its helping your skin i use Alo Vera all the time and my skin is quite smooth

°rinse cold water on your face for clear skin every night

°Although people may say do your skin care routine ever morning and night don’t because your skin will dry out if you just use a moisturiser, cold water or Alo Vera you can do that every morning and night because the products don’t dry your skin out <3

°don’t use warm water on your face it will strip the natural oils off your skin you can use lukewarm water or cold but not hot or warm

°use a silk pillow case to stop hair breakage and spots!

PLEASE DONT FORCE YOURSELF TO CHANGE!! <3 you are amazing just the was you are :3

Period tips (very helpful)

°bring pads wherever you go

°even if your period is light please have a thick towel in if your wearing white

°don’t go in bed without a towel in

°soak in a lukewarm bath (it stops stomach pains <3 )

Haircare {:

°USE A SILK PILLOW IT STOPS HAIR BREAKAGE

°don’t have warm water when having a shower or bath it strips the natural oils of the hair <3 (try lukewarm)

°don’t put fragrances on your hair (no perfume)

°if you have curly hair i suggest after a shower and your hair it DAMP not wet DAMP brush it <3

°if you want a natural wavy hair then try plats in the night then in the morning take them out a d your hair will be wavy
