My son was quarantined…for 2 days. The previous Wednesday, 1 kid in the class tested positive. Thursday: 6 of the 20 kids were quarantined. Friday:10 of the 20 + the teacher were quarantined. Monday: 11 kids were quarantined. Tuesday: 5 more including my son were quarantined. There were 4 kids left from the class of 20. Still don’t understand why it was only 2 days. The following Tuesday, the county health department called to say my son could go back since he was not showing symptoms. What??? The letter sent home from the school said he could return on Sept 2nd, not Sept. 7th. The administration verbally told me Sept. 2nd. The classmate that was leaving at the same time was told the same date…Sept 2nd. Sounds to me like they’ve already been doing this new policy.

Maybe able to set like Kelly, standby substitutes that are tested. Perhaps provide a delivery service to get them to the to location.
